2013 Clean Air Calendar Contest

The 2013 Clean Air Calendar Contest is currently underway . All students from Yolo County, Dixon, Rio Vista and Vacaville are invited to submit artwork for inclusion on our annual poster calendar. Those selected will earn $30 and a Certificate of Recognition from the Yolo-Solano AQMD Board of Directors.

The theme for the 2013 calendar is: Why clean air matters!

Students of all grade levels are encouraged to submit. Art must have a landscape (horizontal) orientation on 8.5 x 11 paper. Paint, crayon, pencil and pen are the accepted mediums. We cannot accept digital art, photography or three-dimensional art due to the nature of the calendar.

Submissions should either have a submission form attached or the following information written on the back:

• Student's name, grade and school

• Student's address, city and phone number

• Parent/guardian signature confirming that the student created the artwork

The deadline is Thursday, May 31, 2012, at 5 p.m.
