Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District’s Board of Directors on September 13, 2017 at 9:00 AM in the Board Room of the District’s office, located at 1947 Galileo Court, Suite 103 in Davis, CA.
The Board will consider the adoption of the Draft Reasonably Available Control Technology (RACT) Analysis for inclusion in the State Implementation Plan. This analysis examines whether the District has adopted rules for sources within the District that are subject to Control Technology Guidelines published by the Environmental Protection Agency and also examines whether the rules have implemented, at a minimum, controls that are reasonably available. The analysis will also recommend the adoption of negative declarations for categories for which the District has no applicable sources.
