Public Hearing Notice: Rule 4.3: Fees – Asbestos Demolitions/Renovations

The Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District (District) will hold a public hearing regarding the District’s Board of Directors consideration of amending District Rule 4.3: Fees – Asbestos Demolition/Renovation and approve a filing of a Notice of Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).

Written public comments are to be submitted to Deputy Air Pollution Control Officer, Paul Hensleigh, at the above address. Comments are to be received by the District by November 30, 2018.
