The Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District is seeking a licensed physician to serve as the Medical Member of the District Hearing Board.
The Hearing Board plays an important role in ensuring fair and impartial consideration of matters related to air quality regulations and enforcement. The Medical Member provides expertise on the public health impacts of air pollution and participates in hearings and deliberations.
Applicants must be a currently practicing or retired medical professional with knowledge of air pollution health effects and reside within Yolo or Solano County. This position is not limited to physicians.
