2024/2025 Final Budget
The Board of Directors approved the 2024/2025 Final Budget on Wednesday, September 11, 2024. The Final Budget is available for review in the District office and can be viewed here.
Budget Schedule
Yolo-Solano AQMD’s fiscal year is July 1 to June 30. Budget development starts mid-fiscal year. Staff meets with the Budget and Audit Committee of the Board prior to the proposed budget public hearing, typically in the spring. If approved, the proposed budget becomes effective on July 1. The final budget, using finalized financial information from the prior fiscal year, is brought back before the Board in September. This meets the requirements of the California Health & Safety Code.
